The Arabic term “hijab” translates to “barrier” or “partition” and translates to modesty in lifestyle and dress. It is also generally known as the fabric worn by females to cover the head and chest. This project displays the different hijab styles worn by female Muslims around the world, and for which occasions the diverse styles can be worn.
